Artist's Commentary
I have perfected a completely unique body of work that combines the
old-world powdered pigments with the textural palate of a fragmented tablet.
After my extensive travels in Florence, Rome, Tuscany and Umbria, I was inspired
by the old masters’ Fresco paintings. The desire to bring back the “feel and
experience” of what I saw has been the driving force in the development of my
work.
